This 11m x 3.2m one bedroom tiny home has been designed to make compact living feel comfortable, practical and complete. The layout includes a private bedroom with built-in wardrobes and drawers, a full bathroom with a 900mm x 900mm shower, laundry facilities, a generous kitchen with pantry storage, and a lounge area designed to suit a queen sofa lounge.
Built with a 90mm treated pine timber frame, R3 earthwool insulation, commercial grade vinyl plank flooring, Colorbond roofing, Weathertex cladding, aluminium windows, LED downlights and ceiling fans, this tiny home combines durable construction with modern finishes. It is also set up to take solar panels if required, giving you the option to create a more energy-efficient living solution.
